First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether the width of a specific eye tendon affects how well surgery works for people with crossed eyes (esotropia). Researchers will measure the tendon during surgery in 28 patients and compare it to the amount of correction achieved. The goal is to help surgeons better predict the right amount of muscle adjustment needed.
