Summary

This study aims to see how well wrist-worn activity trackers measure the intensity of movement and exercise. Researchers will have 54 adults wear these devices while performing structured and everyday tasks, comparing the tracker data to a precise breathing measurement method. The goal is to improve how these devices estimate physical activity for health research.
