Could delivered meals and activity tracking help control pregnancy diabetes?
NCT ID NCT06227247
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a community-based lifestyle program called 'Meals for Moms' is practical and acceptable for pregnant people with gestational diabetes. The program provided medically-tailored meal deliveries and exercise tracking, comparing it to standard care. The main goal was to see if this kind of support program is feasible to run and well-received by participants.
