First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested whether a program called Meals for Moms (M4M) is practical for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Participants received specially prepared meals, exercise tracking, and extra education, while others got standard care. The goal was to see if women would use the program and find it helpful. The study was stopped early with only 8 participants, so results are limited.
