Summary
This study looked at how eating one meal at different times of the day (morning, midday, or evening) affects brain activity and thinking skills. Twelve healthy, mentally active adults completed thinking tasks while their brain waves were measured. The goal was to understand how meal timing influences cognitive performance, not to treat any disease.
