One meal a day: morning, noon, or night — which boosts your brain best?
NCT ID NCT07181057
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how eating just one meal a day at different times (morning, midday, or evening) affects brain function in healthy, mentally active adults. Twelve participants completed thinking tasks while their brain activity was measured. The goal was to see if meal timing changes brain responses or performance, but this is a small, early-stage study that does not test any treatment.
