This study looked at how serving vegetables mixed into pasta or on the side affects how much normal-weight adults eat. Forty-five participants ate pasta with zucchini and squash presented in three different ways. Researchers measured how much pasta and vegetables were eaten, along with hunger, fullness, and liking. The goal was to understand how meal presentation influences energy intake.
