Can a box of meals fight frailty and forgetfulness?
NCT ID NCT07325760
Summary
This study is testing whether providing specially designed, ready-to-eat meals can help improve the health of low-income older adults in Malaysia. For 12 weeks, 70 participants will either receive meals based on a brain-healthy diet or serve as a comparison group. Researchers will check if the meals help with muscle strength, memory, nutrition, and overall well-being.
