Scientists test if your body reacts the same way to the same meal twice
NCT ID NCT07293143
Summary
This study aims to understand how consistently a person's blood sugar responds to the same meal eaten on different days. Researchers will give 20 healthy participants six different meals while monitoring their glucose levels with a continuous sensor. The goal is to see if these wearable monitors can reliably detect patterns that might one day help identify people at risk for diabetes.
