Summary

This study tests four approaches to help adults with drug-resistant tuberculosis and HIV stick to their treatments. Participants receive either standard care, counseling, phone reminders via a special pill bottle, or both counseling and reminders. The goal is to see which method best improves survival, clears TB from the body, and keeps HIV under control.
