Summary
This early-stage study tests whether MDMA (the drug in ecstasy) combined with talk therapy can help people with pathological narcissism. Twelve adults will receive three monthly MDMA therapy sessions and be followed for six months. The goal is to see if symptoms improve and if the treatment is safe.
