Summary
This study tests whether adding NBI-1065845 to standard antidepressants can better ease depression symptoms in adults who haven't gotten enough relief from their current medication. About 200 people will receive either the study drug or a placebo for 8 weeks, and researchers will track mood changes using a standard depression rating scale. The goal is to see if this combination approach works better than antidepressants alone.
