Summary
This study tested whether a food supplement containing medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and vegetable fiber could improve quality of life for people with psoriatic arthritis. 72 adults with low disease activity took the supplement or a placebo for 3 months. The main goal was to see if the supplement helped with daily living, pain, and mood.
