Summary
This study checks in with people who received mentalization-based treatment (MBT) for borderline personality disorder more than 10 years ago. Researchers want to see how they are functioning now, whether the type of MBT they received matters, and how their experiences shaped their lives. About 113 participants will fill out questionnaires and some will do interviews. No new treatment is given—this is a long-term follow-up to learn what helps people thrive after therapy.
