Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called MBS8(1V270) in about 106 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug shrinks tumors. Participants must have a tumor that can be biopsied and be willing to follow the study schedule.
