New monitoring program aims to help veterans with IBD stay healthier

Summary
This study tests a program called Measurement-Based Care (MBC) for 250 veterans with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The program uses regular patient questionnaires to help doctors spot problems early and adjust treatment between clinic visits. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce flares and hospital stays. Participants will be followed for 12 months to see if MBC works better than usual care.
