New ovarian procedure could help women with PCOS get pregnant

Summary
This study tests a device that uses ultrasound guidance to ablate (destroy) a small part of the ovary in women with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The goal is to help them ovulate and become pregnant without needing long-term medication. About 195 women aged 18 to 40 will participate, and the study will track ovulation rates and any side effects.
