Summary

This study tests a program for people with leg pain caused by narrowed arteries (peripheral artery disease). Participants get four remote sessions with a physical therapist plus a small device (TENS) that may reduce leg pain during walking. The goal is to see if this approach helps people stay active and is practical for a larger trial.
