Summary
This study looked at 74 pregnant women to compare two types of training: one focused on preparing for the role of motherhood, and the other on mindfulness-centered occupational therapy. The goal was to see which approach better helped women understand their own health and well-being during pregnancy and after giving birth. Participants were followed after delivery to see how the training affected them.
