Summary

This study looks at two ways to help pregnant women live healthier: one uses text messages and online videos, and the other uses community health workers for group or individual counseling. About 1,050 pregnant women will take part to see which method works better and is easier to use. The goal is to find the best way to support moms and improve health for both mother and baby.
