Doctors try new way to help moms get care at Baby's checkup
NCT ID NCT07294573
Summary
This study is testing a new program called M-HARP that screens new mothers for health needs during their infant's regular pediatric visits. Researchers will work with a clinic in the Dominican Republic to see if this approach helps more women get primary care, mental health support, and family planning services after childbirth. The goal is to learn if integrating maternal health checks into pediatric care is a practical way to improve healthcare access for mothers.
