Summary

This study looked at two exercise programs—MAT Pilates and a combined MIHA (electrical muscle stimulation) program—in 40 adults aged 25-45 with nonspecific back pain lasting at least 3 months. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain, improves quality of life, lowers anxiety, and boosts endurance. Participants did not have serious health issues or recent regular exercise. Results will help guide exercise choices for managing chronic back pain.
