Summary

This study looks at how doing mat Pilates for 8 weeks changes body awareness and physical activity levels in sedentary women ages 18 to 29. About 54 women will take part, with half doing Pilates and the other half as a control group. The goal is to measure changes using surveys, not to treat or cure any disease.
