NCT ID NCT07369778

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study will test a new line of modular prostheses (the Pantheon range) in 375 people who have lost large amounts of bone due to cancer, complex fractures, or failed previous surgeries. The implants are designed to be adjusted during surgery for a precise fit and include a special ring to help the bone grow into the implant. Researchers will track how long the implants last without needing another surgery and measure patients' function and quality of life for up to 5 years.
