Summary

This University of Utah study investigates whether massage therapy reduces anxiety by changing brain activity. Researchers will compare Swedish massage to light touch therapy in 46 healthy adults over 8 weeks. Participants will undergo brain scans before and after treatment to measure changes in brain networks and connections.
