Massage guns put to the test: can they boost teen performance?
NCT ID NCT07152275
Summary
This study tested whether using a massage gun on the back of the thigh muscles could improve flexibility, balance, and jumping ability. It involved 60 teenage boys, including active football players and those who are not physically active. Researchers measured these abilities before and after a short, 2-minute massage gun session to see if it made a difference.
