Summary
This small pilot study is exploring whether Swedish massage might help adults with type 1 diabetes manage stress and improve blood sugar control. Twenty participants will receive a weekly 45-60 minute massage for five weeks. Researchers will measure stress levels, inflammation, and blood sugar to see if this complementary therapy shows any promising effects.
