Can a simple neck massage ease the burden of epilepsy?
NCT ID NCT07000591
Summary
This study tested whether a specific type of neck massage could help adults with epilepsy. Researchers wanted to see if the massage improved patients' confidence in managing their condition, reduced their symptoms, and lessened the stress on their caregivers. For eight weeks, half of the 96 participants received the massage three times a week, while the other half did not.
