Summary
This study looked at whether back massage and Lamaze breathing can help first-time mothers manage labor pain and anxiety. 90 women in Pakistan were split into two groups: one got standard care plus massage and breathing, the other got standard care alone. The goal was to see if these simple techniques could make labor less painful and stressful.
