First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study explores whether brain tumor patients can safely receive radiotherapy without wearing an immobilization mask. Instead, a surface imaging system will track their position and movement. Twenty adults will have one session with a mask and one without, comparing stability and comfort. The goal is to reduce anxiety and claustrophobia while maintaining treatment accuracy.
