Summary
This study tests a new drug called maridebart cafraglutide in 180 adults who are overweight or obese and have high liver fat. Participants will receive the drug or a placebo, along with a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity. The goal is to see if the drug safely reduces liver fat and body weight over 52 weeks.
