First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at how the drug maribavir is absorbed and processed in healthy adults of Japanese descent compared to non-Hispanic Caucasian adults. It also tested three different doses in Japanese participants to see if the drug levels in the blood change proportionally with dose. The study involved 24 healthy volunteers and was completed to gather safety and dosing information, not to treat any disease.
