Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called MAR001 can lower unhealthy fat levels in the blood after meals. Researchers will compare MAR001 against a placebo in 30 adults who have high triglycerides. Participants will take the study drug and then have their blood fat levels measured after eating a standardized meal to see if MAR001 reduces the fat spike.
