Scientists create detailed map of lymphoma to predict treatment success

NCT ID NCT04696692

Summary

This study aims to create a detailed map of immune and cancer cells in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Researchers will follow 60 patients receiving standard R-CHOP treatment for two years, analyzing blood and tumor samples to identify biomarkers that could predict treatment response and disease progression. The goal is to better understand how lymphoma evolves during treatment to help guide future care decisions.
