Summary

This study aimed to create a detailed cellular map of healthy human airways to better understand respiratory diseases. Researchers collected airway samples from 15 healthy volunteers to analyze individual cells throughout the respiratory system. The goal was to document normal cellular patterns that could serve as a reference for future disease research.
