First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a new web-based tool designed to help transgender men and non-binary individuals make informed decisions about metoidioplasty or phalloplasty surgery. About 140 participants will be randomly assigned to use the tool or receive standard care, then complete surveys to measure changes in decision uncertainty and readiness. The goal is to see if the tool helps people feel more prepared and less conflicted when choosing their surgical path.
