Hands-On therapy tested to ease Parkinson's walking and balance problems

NCT ID NCT06853262

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific type of hands-on manual therapy can help improve symptoms for people with Parkinson's disease. Over 6 weeks, 60 participants will receive up to two therapy sessions per week in addition to their regular care. Researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, and other non-motor symptoms to see if this approach could become a useful part of physical therapy.
