NCT ID NCT05927545
Summary
This study tested different physical therapy approaches to reduce headache pain and improve daily life for people whose headaches are linked to jaw problems. Sixty adults with jaw-related headaches were split into groups to compare standard exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and a specialized cognitive exercise program. The goal was to see which method best eased pain, improved jaw movement, and enhanced sleep and mood over eight weeks of treatment.
