Summary
This study looked at whether manual therapy (hands-on treatment) and structured exercises could improve balance and walking ability in adults with hemophilia. 35 participants were split into two groups: one received 12 physiotherapy sessions over 6 weeks, while the other continued their usual care. The therapy group showed improvements in balance and walking capacity compared to the control group.
