Quick hands-on therapy shows immediate effects on flexibility
NCT ID NCT07319507
Summary
This small study looked at whether two different hands-on therapy techniques, applied to the calf and foot, could immediately improve flexibility and balance in healthy young adults. Twenty participants were randomly assigned to receive one of the two techniques. Researchers measured changes in ankle flexibility, hamstring stretch, and balance right before and after the therapy session to compare the short-term effects.
