Summary
This study aims to understand how different types and pressures of massage affect the body. Healthy adult volunteers will receive various manual pressures on their shoulder muscle while researchers measure their heart rate, stress hormones, and blood flow. The goal is to gather information to help make future massage and manual therapy safer and more personalized.
