First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether getting Chuna (a type of manual therapy) every two weeks for 20 weeks can reduce chronic neck pain and disability better than doing self-exercises. About 250 adults aged 19-69 with mild but long-lasting neck pain will take part. The goal is to see if regular hands-on treatment helps people feel better and stay active.
