Double attack on tough blood cancer: drug combo trial offers new hope
NCT ID NCT06553872
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a pill called pirtobrutinib to a cell-based therapy (CAR T) works better for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The trial will enroll 60 adults to see if the combination helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse, and to monitor side effects. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the drug alongside the CAR T therapy or to receive the CAR T therapy alone.
