First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug pirtobrutinib to standard CAR T-cell therapy (brexu-cel) can help people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 60 adults will be randomly assigned to receive pirtobrutinib either before or after CAR T infusion. The goal is to see if the combination improves how long the cancer stays away, while monitoring side effects like severe immune reactions.
