Summary
This study aims to see if eating fresh mango pulp affects feelings of fullness and health markers differently than eating a low-fat cookie. Researchers will compare the two foods in 50 overweight or obese adults. They will measure changes in hunger, blood sugar, insulin, and gut bacteria to learn more about mango's potential health effects.
