Can coloring a circle calm your surgery fears?
NCT ID NCT07109492
Summary
This study is testing if a simple, 20-minute mandala coloring activity can help reduce anxiety and stress in people waiting for elective surgery. Researchers will compare 60 patients who do the coloring with those who receive standard care, measuring their anxiety, stress, and vital signs. The goal is to see if this easy, drug-free method can be a helpful part of routine pre-surgery nursing care.
