First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether coloring mandalas (circular patterns) can lower stress and anxiety and improve quality of life for people caring for a loved one in palliative care. Eighty caregivers were split into two groups: one colored mandalas for 4 weeks, the other did not. Researchers measured stress, anxiety, and quality of life before and after the program to see if the coloring made a difference.
