Summary

This study tested whether mandala art therapy (a structured coloring activity) can improve psychological well-being and feelings of social support in people aged 60 and older. Thirty-five elderly participants took part in a randomized trial. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug approach could help older adults feel better emotionally and more connected to others.
