NCT ID NCT07461922
First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a guided mandala coloring activity could help first-time mothers who had a negative birth experience feel closer to their babies and more confident as parents. 66 new mothers were randomly assigned to either a structured mandala coloring session or a free coloring activity. The results showed that the mandala group had better mother-infant bonding and parenting confidence compared to the free coloring group.
