Can coloring calm the fears of aging?
NCT ID NCT07496268
Summary
This study tested whether a simple art activity could help elderly people in nursing homes feel less anxious about death and less angry. 80 participants were split into two groups: one group colored mandala patterns three times a week for 12 weeks, while the other did not. Researchers measured changes in their feelings of anxiety and anger to see if the coloring made a difference.
