Summary
This study looks at how to best manage cancer that has spread to the neck lymph nodes in people with hypopharyngeal cancer. It compares different treatment approaches to see which one helps patients live longer without the cancer growing or coming back. The study involves 111 adults aged 18 to 75 who are in good overall health.
