Phone app aims to protect moms from future diabetes
NCT ID NCT06648174
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app-based lifestyle program and continuous glucose monitoring can help women who had diabetes during pregnancy. The goal is to improve blood sugar control during and after pregnancy and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes or heart problems later in life. Researchers will compare three groups: one using standard finger-prick tests, one using continuous glucose monitors, and one using both monitors and the mobile health program.
